Retainer Policy

A 50% deposit/retainer is mandatory for both individual services and wedding packages at the time of booking, and this amount will be deducted from the final balance. Appointments will be confirmed once the deposits are paid and approved. It's important to understand that the deposit is non-refundable but transferable for various reasons, including event cancellations, date changes, service modifications, weather-related issues, illnesses, and other unforeseen circumstances. However, please be aware that I cannot guarantee availability for transferred deposits. If we are unable to accommodate your requested date for the transfer, your deposit will be retained as a credit for your future bookings.

Travel Fee

For all appointments requiring travel, the total price will include the travel fee. Additionally, any hotel valet charges will be either added to the final payment upon checkout or billed directly to the room you've specified.

For appointment requests exceeding 200 miles from my starting point, clients will need to cover expenses for hotel accommodations, mileage, or airfare in advance to confirm the booking. These appointments will be arranged and secured directly through me.

Bridal Package FAQ’s

The client acknowledges that any alterations in makeup application or technique may result in an extended makeup session, and the artist will not be held responsible for timing delays. Changes to the contract must be requested at least two weeks prior to the event date, and no changes will be accepted during the week or on the day of the event.

I am committed to maintaining a specific timeline for client services and kindly request your cooperation in adhering to these timelines. To ensure this, I request that all wedding party members receiving services arrive at or before the start time specified in the final contract. Please be aware that a late fee of $50 will be applied for every half-hour extension required due to late arrival of the client and/or wedding party members.

Cancellation Policy

You have the option to cancel your services at any time. However, please be aware that if you choose to do so, any retainers and payments made will be forfeited and held as a credit. In the event that I am unable to perform services for any reason, including but not limited to illness, accidents, or adverse weather conditions, every effort will be made to provide reasonable accommodations. This may include a full refund of deposits and any services that were not rendered.

For BRIDES: If you decide to cancel your services over 30 days out of the event, the policy you will be forfeited and held as a credit. In cases where the cancellation occurs within a 30-day window, you will be responsible for settling the full remaining balance as specified in the contract.
